1. Service Level Agreement
1.1. The services covered by this Agreement include both services that livCast and its affiliates referred to together herein as "we" or "us" make available for no fee (the "Free Services" ), and services that we make available for a fee (the "Paid Services" ). The Free Services and the Paid Services are referred to collectively in this Agreement as the"Services." Each Free Service and Paid Service is referred to individually as a "Service."
We may, at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice:
(a) begin charging fees for a Free Service, in which case such Service shall thereafter be deemed a Paid Service, and/or
(b) cease charging fees for a Paid Service, in which case such Service shall thereafter be deemed a Free Service.
For the purposes of this Agreement, "Service Descriptions" will mean the descriptions published on the Site at https://livcast.io/SubscriptionPlan.

This Service Level Agreement (SLA) outlines the terms and conditions between the PARSHIL LIVCAST STREAMING INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED and its users for the video live streaming services provided by the company. This SLA governs the performance, availability, and support of the video live streaming application for both Android and web platforms.
2. Scope:-
This SLA applies to all users who utilize the video live streaming application provided by PARSHIL LIVCAST STREAMING INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED to broadcast their videos live on platforms like Facebook and YouTube.
3. Service Availability:-
PARSHIL LIVCAST STREAMING INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED commits to maintaining high availability for the video live streaming application. We strive to ensure that the application is accessible and operational at all times. However, occasional maintenance, updates, or unforeseen events may cause temporary downtime. In such cases, we will make every effort to minimize service disruptions and provide advance notice whenever possible.
4. Video Live Streaming Performance:-
PARSHIL LIVCAST STREAMING INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED will continuously monitor the performance of the video live streaming application to ensure optimal streaming quality. However, the quality of live streaming may be affected by users' internet connection, device capabilities, and other external factors beyond our control.
5. Support:-
PARSHIL LIVCAST STREAMING INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED provides customer support to address any issues or inquiries related to the video live streaming application. Users can contact our support team through the provided channels for assistance. Our support team will respond within the specified time frames based on the severity and nature of the reported issue.
6. Data Usage and Retention:-
PARSHIL LIVCAST STREAMING INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED will store user data and video content as required to provide the video live streaming services. Users retain ownership of their content, and PARSHIL LIVCAST STREAMING INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED will not share, modify, or distribute user videos without explicit consent, except for the purpose of live streaming to the selected platforms (Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
7. Security and Privacy:-
PARSHIL LIVCAST STREAMING INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED is committed to ensuring the security and privacy of user data and content. We implement robust security measures to protect user information and video content from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. 8. Termination of Service:-
Users may choose to terminate their use of the video live streaming application at any time. Similarly, PARSHIL LIVCAST STREAMING INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to terminate or suspend the services to users for reasons such as violation of terms of service or misuse of the application.
9. Changes to the SLA:-
PARSHIL LIVCAST STREAMING INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED may update this Service Level Agreement from time to time. Users will be notified of any significant changes to the SLA through the application or email.
10. Dispute Resolution:-
In case of any disputes or disagreements related to this SLA or the video live streaming services, both parties agree to resolve the matter through amicable negotiation and mediation.
By using the video live streaming application provided by PARSHIL LIVCAST STREAMING INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, users acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Service Level Agreement.
